Terms & Conditions

Acceptance and scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Newsut website at https://newsut.store, including its articles, pages, tools and contact forms. By using the website you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

News content and accuracy

Newsut publishes news reports, explainers, features and commentary for general information. News and developing events may change. We aim for accuracy but do not promise that every page is error-free, complete or permanently up to date.

Information about health, law, finance, investments, travel or safety is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Opinions attributed to authors are their own unless explicitly identified as an editorial position.

Copyright and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the website's original editorial content, visual design and branding are owned by Newsut or used under appropriate rights or permissions. Images, quotations and other third-party materials may belong to their respective rights holders.

You may read the site and share links to its pages. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, commercially exploit or present protected material as your own without permission or another lawful basis. See our Copyright & Takedown page for permissions and rights concerns.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or submit spam, unlawful material or misleading requests.

Contact forms are intended for genuine enquiries, news tips, corrections and relevant business messages. Please do not submit information you are not entitled to disclose.

Submissions and enquiries

By sending a message or story suggestion, you confirm you have the right to share the information you provide. You give Newsut permission to review and process the submission for the purpose of responding or considering it for editorial use. Submission does not guarantee a reply, publication, payment or acceptance.

We will not treat an unsolicited pitch as a completed agreement to publish your work. Separate written terms should be agreed for any commissioned or licensed contribution.

Third-party links and availability

Articles may link to websites operated by other organizations. These links are provided for context and do not mean Newsut controls or endorses the content, products or policies of those sites.

We may edit, correct, withdraw or reorganize content, or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

Responsibility and legal rights

Use of the website is at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Newsut does not accept responsibility for losses caused solely by reliance on incomplete or outdated information, third-party websites or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Questions about website use may be emailed to news@newsut.store.
